For me, spring has always been all about clearing out both physical and emotional clutter, realigning our habits, and shedding some of what we picked up during those long, heavy winter months.
I’ve come to embrace the concept that a little bit goes a long way—incorporating more movement and flow into my day while cutting back on food, sugar, and screen time.
These small changes have begun shifting my energy, reactivating my desires to create and explore new perspectives.
